Day One - Ambleside to Rosthwaite - approx. 13 miles

Day Two - Rosthwaite to Braithwaite - approx. 12 miles

Day Three - Braithwaite to Buttermere - approx. 11 miles

Day Four - Buttermere to Boot - approx. 12 miles

Day Five - Boot to Broughton-in-Furnace - approx. 14 miles

Day Six - Broughton-in-Furnace to Coniston - approx. 13 miles / 16.5 km

Day Seven - Coniston to Ambleside - approx. 15 miles
